ALBs: Driving better results through better relationships and understanding (ALB01)
Wednesday 28 November 2018 – London
The aim of this one-day workshop is to get the relationship right, to build a true partnership. Participants will get practical help in creating good relationships between departments and bodies they sponsor and how to deal with common problems and ensure good governance. The workshop will also provide introduction to the role and nature of the varied arm’s length bodies and the role of sponsors in government departments.

The aim of this one-day workshop is to get to build a deeper understanding of why arm’s length bodies attract political interest, to provide a grounding in wider themes of public administration and to provide an overview of guidance and practical support on major changes to arm’s length bodies.
