Our second annual symposium builds on last years theme of creating a Total Delivery System. This year, speakers and delegates will discuss new challenges facing ALBs and their relationships with their partner departments, not least the uncertain landscape of a UK outside of the EU.
Speakers include:
The event will consider:
♦ What is certain about the uncertain landscape and what issues should ALBs and their partner departments be considering now
♦ How do you get the governance model right, maintaining independence but delivering and adapting policy and service provision in changing circumstances.
♦ When is it better to adapt an existing body or relationship and when is it best to establish new ones
♦ What level of scrutiny is likely to be applied to performance in these challenging times and how is parliament likely to be involved
Participants will hear from our highly experienced panel of speakers and have opportunity to discuss and network with colleagues from ALBs and their partnering departments from across the UK.
