Through a mix of classroom teaching, visits and meetings with members of the judiciary and other professionals in the criminal justice system, the delegates get a broad understanding of the judicial system in England and Wales, during this five-day study tour to the UK.

 

COURSE OBJECTIVES

To provide an underlying commentary about the value of an independent and criminal and civil justice system. Using the system in England and Wales as an example.

To enable participants to consider varying ways in which to provide appropriate investigation and redress in cases of grievance and of criminal and civil offences.
